This plan seeks to increase the number of foreign students studying in Japan to 300,000 by the year 2020.To serve the growing population of foreign students many universities have established specialized sections and havecreated a post called the Foreign Student Adviser (FSA).The role of the FSA is to help foreign students adapt to the different and unfamiliar language, culture and social systems of the host country. By supporting students' adaptation to life in Japan it is hoped that the foreign students will experience less culture shock and stress that may disrupt their academic efforts in the classroom. In this paper the current state of work within the field of the FSA is reviewed., 10, KJ00006921219, 研究論文, Research Paper}, pages = {81--100}, title = {リュウガクセイ キョウイクコウリュウ ノ ジツジョウ ト タブンカキョウセイ ヘノ カノウセイ ~FSA トシテノ ジッセンホウコク~}, volume = {17}, year = {2011}, yomi = {ワタナベ, ユウキ} }
