 note = {The new cultural environments for the use of English have caused considerable changes: the advent ofloan words and new expressions, changes of meanings, and so on. Languages are always changing theirforms such pronunciations, words, and structures. These variations are to a large extent independentfrom the other ones because the use of English is individually affected by interference from thespeakers' mother tongues. We also should take into account regional varieties because each variation isconnected with the educational and cultural backgrounds of the speakers.
