Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本学では、平成17年度から栄養教諭の養成を行っている。栄養教諭は兼務校を多く持ち、本学のあるS市の栄養教諭は1人当たり3~4校を担当していることが報告されており、児童・生徒と向き合う時間がとれないこと、授業数を増やすことができないことなどの課題がある。今回、栄養教育実習後の学生のレポートから読み取れる学生の意識について把握し、栄養教育実習を有意義なものにし、栄養教育実習前後の指導に活かすために調査を行い検討した。その結果、学生自らが作成した教材の質や量、工夫については意識が高いが、その指導に適した教材を考えなければならないという意見は1/3にとどまった。また黒板の使い方についても不安に感じている学生が多いことがわかった。これを踏まえ、学生が児童の実態を把握できる機会を提供し、栄養教育実習の事前指導では一つのテーマについてパターンを変えた授業内容を考えたり教材研究を幅広く行うなど準備をしっかりとさせたい。また、事前の実習校との打ち合わせを充実させ、実習内容については栄養教諭の職務の実際に触れる機会を多く設定してもらうように依頼していきたい。学生が学校における食に関する指導を学校給食と一体のものとして展開する意義を理解できるような実習にしてほしいと願う。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"24339172","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"乾,
