At the end of the semester they evaluated their own Japanese language learning and wrote a learning record report.This paper reports on the efforts to support students' autonomous Japanese language learning through a learning record report. The purpose is to verify whether efforts to write a learning record report can strengthen students' introspection and develop meta-cognition for autonomous learning, by examining the description in the students' learning record reports.
