First, the results of the ANOVA showed no effect of self-esteem, both high-frequency superficial posts and deeper self-disclosure posts related higher perceived support on social media. Then, the results of the path analysis showed support on social media positively affected FTF relationships in both LSEs and HSEs. But the degree of positive change in LSEs was lower than HSEs.
