In the ex-post survey, we investigated whether things that were concerned about anxiety were resolved, the achievement level of goal, and my future tasks.As a result, I found that there is anxiety about the lack of knowledge, technical ability, leadership and human relations. However, it turned out that experiencing childcare experience by experiencing practical training can realize that it is an occupation having a sense of anxiety leading to anxiety disappearance.
