In addition, the previous research on life skills for university students was roughly divided into two types: research on the relationship between student athletes and life skills, and between students other than athletes and life skills. Based on the results of the literature review, as a subject of life skills education for university students, it is necessary and indispensable to develop a generalized life skills education program in addition to the life skills guidance in activities besides class practices.
