The gibier is French. It is called game or quarry in the English zone. In starting the research with the aim of expanding the use of gibier, we conducted a questionnaire survey on gibier among students of Suzuka University and Suzuka University Junior College. The questionnaire response rate was 12.8%.Gibier awareness was 36.2%,for Japanese students, the awareness was 52.1%. It was found to have lower awareness than similar surveys of a wide range of age groups. More than half of the respondents said that the image of gibier was odorous, hard, and expensive, but about 30% said it was delicious. When asked about their eating experience, 34.5% of students who know jibie say they have eaten it. Most of the gibier I had eaten were wild deer meet and wild boar meat. When asked if they would like to eat again, 26% said they didn't. The degree of recognition of Mie-gibier was about the same as that of gibier. The percentage of Mie-gibie eating experience was 9.2%. Most of the people who have experienced gibier cooking at Mie-gibier Fair have the impression that they want to eat it again. If you eat good quality gibier food, your impression and demand will change.
