{"created":"2023-05-15T14:40:57.143878+00:00","id":3030,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a910d7ca-233a-49c4-8772-b0d81d9e4957"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"3030","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3030"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:suzuka.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003030","sets":["1:240:241"]},"author_link":["386","4651"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-10","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"140","bibliographicPageStart":"129","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鈴鹿大学・鈴鹿大学短期大学部紀要第5号　2022"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Suzuka University and Suzuka Junior College Vol.５　2022","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録（日）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"可能な限り住み慣れた地域で自分らしい暮らしを人生の最期まで続けられる「地域包括ケアシステム」の構築について，厚生労働省は2025年を目指している．住まい・医療・介護・予防・生活支援がおよそ30分以内の地域での一体的提供が目標だが，現在は，死を病院で迎える割合は7割を超える．自宅ではなく高齢者福祉施設で死を迎える割合も増加し，同施設では病気・療養だけでなく死への対応が必須である．日本で信仰を持つ人の割合は2，3割である．加齢でその割合は増すが，死を迎える現場で，信仰を持つ者はマイノリティであり，配慮は考慮されていない．本稿では筆者がこれまで行ってきた調査および，現在の実態を統計資料等で確認し，老いと死と信仰の現在地点を，日本全体を俯瞰して考察する．\nローマ・カトリック教会は高齢者福祉施設を持つが，他宗教で宗教者の老後は，それぞれの家族他で過ごし，各国の社会福祉制度で対応される．高齢を生きる人びとにとって不可避な配偶者等との死別に関して，イギリスの調査では，熱心な信仰者にとって宗教（キリスト教）は支えになっていた．日本では仏教がその役割の多くを担うだろう．遺族へのケアやそれ以外でも社会福祉的な視座を持つ僧侶らがそれぞれ地道に活動を続けている．超高齢社会の現在，「地域包括ケアシステム」がイメージする中学校区内に一定程度存在する神社や寺院の意義を考え，宗教者の「教化」にとらわれない活動を行うことは，地域の人びとに大いに貢献できるだろう．\n","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2435-6530","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_textarea_24":{"attribute_name":"抄録（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"By 2025, the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare aims to establish a \"Comprehensive Community Care System\" that would allow the elderly to continue to live in areas where they are accustomed to living as much as possible until death. The goal is to make housing, medical care, nursing care, preventive care, and support for daily living all available in the community within traveling distance of about 30 minutes. However, the current proportion of deaths at hospitals is more than 70 percent. The proportion of deaths at welfare facilities for the elderly, not at home, is also rising, and it is becoming increasingly necessary for these facilities to deal not only with disease/treatment but also with death. The proportion of people who have religious faith in Japan is 20 to 30 percent. Although this proportion increases with age, people who have faith are still a minority in the facilities where they die, and no special considerations have been made to meet their religious needs. This study overviews and considers the present situation of old age, death, and faith in Japan with reference to current, nationwide statistics as well as results of past investigations by the author.　The Roman Catholic Church has welfare facilities for the elderly, but people of other religions spend their old age with their respective families and so on and are taken care of within the social welfare system. The results of a survey in the United Kingdom indicated that religion supported devoutly religious people through their bereavement of their spouses and so on, which are inevitable events for those who live to old age. Buddhism fulfills many such supportive roles of religion in Japan. Priests oriented to social welfare steadily continue their activities that include providing care for bereaved families.
