The first is that the tendency of the number of papers on connections between preschool and elementary school cannot always be explained by the influence of educational policy alone. Second, the time when the proportion of papers discussing connections between preschool and elementary school related to contents of early childhood education and care begins to increase appears a little later than the time when the number of papers discussing connections between preschool and elementary school itself begins to increase.
