Second, what kind of impact will the use of the \"Start Curriculum\" have on elementary school education? To that end, we will consider: (1) Introduction of the “Start Curriculum” through the involvement of the board of education and the understanding of teachers. (2) Children can learn calmly with guidance based on the \"Start Curriculum\". (3) Guidance based on the \"Start Curriculum\" will improve teaching methods. In order to verify these, we will first compare City A and City B, and then collect case studies from City A. This study revealed the following: First, education is maintained and developed in municipalities where the board of education is systematically involved. Second, it is important to create a \" Start Curriculum.\" Thirdly, the \"Start Curriculum\" has the effect of promoting cooperation and mutual understanding between early childhood education and primary education. And children can learn and grow in a safe environment.
