| 内容記述 | 学校の意義・意味は、自明ではなくなっている。学校づくりにおいては、学校の意義・意味を自ら問い、そして同僚や子どもたちと共有しあうことが必要である。「学びの共同体」に取り組んだ二人の小学校元校長の聞き取りを通して、二人がどのような小学校の意義・意味を見出したのかを明らかにする。二人はそれぞれ別のアプローチで異なる小学校の意義・意味を見出している。そして、二人が見出した小学校の意義・意味が、学校づくりにおいてどのように活用されるのか明らかにする。 | |||||

| 値 | The significance and meaning of school is no longer obvious. In creating school, it is necessary to ask the meaning and meaning of the school and share it with colleagues and children. Through interviews with two former elementary school principals having worked on "creating learning community," we will clarify what kind of meaning and meaning of elementary schools they have found. They found the significance and meaning of different elementary schools with different approaches. Then, we will clarify how the significance and meaning of the elementary school found by them are used in creating their schools. | |||||
