| 内容記述 | 教育方法における改革がすすむ中で、アクティブラーニング型の授業が重要視され、知識重視から能力重視の教育へ関心が高まっている。中でも実践力が問われる医療分野においては、学習者の知識と技術の統合を可能とするシミュレーション教育が注目されている。本稿においては、養護教諭に必要な看護技術の修得についてシミュレーション教育を用いた効果的な教育内容の検討を行うことを目的に、文献検討を行った。その結果、看護教育においては、シミュレーションを活用した研究報告が数多く検索され、その教育効果が確認できた。しかし、養護教諭教育においては研究報告が少なく、教育効果について十分な検証がされていなかった。学校現場において的確な判断が必要となる養護教諭にとって根拠のある実践力を培うためには、看護教育と同等にシミュレーション教育の教育効果についてのさらなる検証の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 値 | Reforms in educational methods are proceeding and active learning type lessons are emphasized. Interest in education that emphasizes ability rather than knowledge is rising. Especially in the medical field, simulation education that enables integration of knowledge and technology attracts attention. In this paper, we examined the literature for the purpose of examining effective contents of education using simulation education about mastering nursing skills necessary for Yogo-teacher. As a result, in nursing education, numerous research reports using simulation were searched, and the educational effect was confirmed. However, there were few research reports in Yogo-teacher education, and educational effect was not sufficiently verified. For Yogo-teachers, accurate judgment is required at the school site, and grounded practical skills are required. Therefore, the necessity of further verification of the educational effect of simulation education was suggested equally to nursing education. | |||||
