| 内容記述 | 幼児たちの多くは，初めての集団生活を幼稚園等で経験する．障害や疾患のため特別な支援を必要とする幼児やその保護者にとって, 集団生活は大きな変化となる. 幼稚園には，困り感の原因が把握できておらず支援体制も整っていない幼児が在籍している．幼児期につまずきや課題を早期発見し早期支援につなげる体制を十分に整備することは, 小学校等への就学後の二次障害のリスク予防としても重要である．特別支援教育に転換して8年，インクルーシブ教育が導入され3年が経過した2015年とさらに特別な支援が必要な子どもへの支援体制として「チーム学校」が打ち出されて6年が経過した2021年に幼稚園の特別支援教育に関する体制整備及び関係機関との連携の状況について幼稚園長を対象に質問紙調査を実施した．2つの調査結果の比較から関係機関との連携や幼稚園における支援体制の課題について検討を行った．2015調査と2021年調査結果から，特別な支援が必要な幼児が9割以上の幼稚園で在籍しているものの，障害や疾病の診断がされていない幼児が多くを占めることが明らかになった．それに伴い，支援体制確立の困難さや人的・予算的な措置が十分でないなどの課題が明らかになった．それぞれの教職員が専門職としての研鑽と園長がリーダーシップを取りながら，担任を支える支援体制の充実やチームの一員としての自覚を深めることがますます重要になってきている． | |||||

| 値 | Many toddlers experience their first group life in kindergarten. Group life is a major change for infants and their parents who need special assistance due to disabilities or illnesses. In kindergartens, there are infants who are not aware of their disabilities and illnesses and who do not have a support system in place. Early detection of issues and sufficient development of an early support system are also important for risk prevention of secondary disabilities. In 2015, eight years after the conversion to special needs education, and in 2021, six years after the launch of the "team school," we surveyed the kindergarten director about the system for special needs education in kindergartens and cooperation with related organizations. By comparing the results of the two surveys, we examined the issues of cooperation with related organizations and the support system in kindergartens. From the results of the 2015 survey and the 2021 survey, 90% of kindergartens had children in need of special support. However, many children were not diagnosed with disabilities or illnesses. Therefore, it was difficult to establish a support system, and there was a shortage of human resources and budget. All faculty and staff need to learn as professionals, and the kindergarten director needs to take leadership and strengthen the system to support homeroom teachers. Faculty and staff need to be more aware of being a member of the team kindergarten. | |||||
